A superb early 18th century style hand carved natural limestone chimneypiece, the jambs in the form of caryatids with scroll end brackets. Swagged floral garlands flank the centre tablet displaying a shell and acanthus leaf motive. The segmented mantel having egg & dart moulding to the underside. Inspired by the original, circa 1730. This chimneypiece can be adapted to bespoke dimensions as requested.
