massive 19th Century carved Portland stone sundial base after
the 17th Century original at Wrest Park, Befordshire.
The octagonal top with acanthus scrolls is supported by a
bulbous octagonal base having a garland and flower collar
and acanthus leaf decoration to the base. Raised upon an octagonal
plinth.
